Anxiety

Anxiety is an experience which we will all have at some point in our lives. It can be beneficial in getting us to do things that we may not want to do, such as studying for an exam or attending a job interview. However, when anxiety happens at times that we don’t need to motivate ourselves to do an unappealing task, it can feel overwhelming and difficult.

Symptoms can include pains in the chest; heart palpitations; cold hands and feet; blurred vision; dizziness and nausea. It can be an extremely debilitating condition and can interfere with our everyday lives in a major way.
